𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗧𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗨𝗠 𝗗𝗘𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 is a 6-week program designed to help new mothers navigate their feelings of low mood and anxiety that has gone beyond the first 2-weeks of childbirth.

PMADs (Postpartum Mood & Anxiety Disorders) affect almost 1 in 5 new mothers and it is the most common side-effect of childbearing.
PMADs however, are highly treatable with the right help and support.

This 6-week program is built to help you re-connect with yourself, dig deep into your feelings and come out feeling happier and balanced.
